Job Description

Job Title: Call Centre Executive

Location: 601 10 square building.Lullanagar
Department: Customer Support / Call Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Answer customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Call Centre Representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during challenging situations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
Fluency in [English / regional languages as required].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
