Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team! As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively 3. Provide product information and answer customer queries 4. Process orders, payments, and other transactions 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 6. Meet performance metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 5. Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications: 1.
