Job Description

Job Title: Communication & Call Audit Trainer

Department: HR / Training & Development

Location: PRORICH Head Office

Role Objective:

To train new staff on PRORICH’s standard communication and call etiquette module, ensure consistent professionalism in client/vendor interactions, and periodically audit call recordings to maintain communication quality across departments (especially sales).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Onboarding

  • Conduct induction sessions for all new staff on PRORICH’s communication module.
  • Train employees on how to introduce themselves, confirm party details, and state the purpose of calls.
  • Evaluate trainees through mock calls and real call monitoring.

2. Call Auditing

  • Periodically review and evaluate call recordings of sales and coordination teams.
  • Check tone, clarity, politeness, accuracy, and completeness of communication.
  • Identify gaps or incorrect communication and share feedback reports with respective team heads.

3. Reporting & Feedback

  • Maintain a communication scorecard for each staff member.
  • Submit monthly reports to management highlighting improvement areas and repeat errors.
  • Suggest corrective training or one-on-one coaching where required.

4. Process Improvement

  • Recommend updates to the communication module based on recurring issues.
  • Work with department heads to ensure consistency in message flow between sales, CRM, and logistics teams.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent command over spoken and written English & Hindi.
  • Strong communication, listening, and observation skills.
  • Ability to train, correct, and motivate staff professionally.
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer service processes.
  • Comfortable using CRM / call recording / feedback tools.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduate (any stream); MBA or HR/Training background preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, quality audit, or customer service supervision.
  • Prior experience in B2B communication or sales call auditing will be an added advantage.
