Job Description

Mechanical Calculation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced as a Mechanical Calculation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical calculations and finite element analysis, with proficiency in ANSYS software
The role requires the ability to generate technical reports using Word and develop analytical calculation models in Excel
The candidate should be capable of proposing technical alternatives to overcome engineering challenges based on our standard calculation

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mechanical calculations and finite element analysis using ANSYS to evaluate the structural integrity of SPIRAL heat exchanger.
Develop and validate analytical calculation models using Excel to support design decisions.
Prepare technical reports documenting analysis results, methodologies, and design recommendations.
Collaborate with the design team to identify and resolve engineering issues, providing technical alternatives, as necessary.
Ensure all calculations and analyses meet ASME standards or EN13445 standard and project requirements.
Participate in design reviews and provide calculation support to engineering departments.

What you can be

Master s degree in mechanical engineering
Solid experience in mechanical calculations and finite element analysis.
Proficiency in ANSYS for performing advanced simulations and static analysis.
Strong skills in Microsoft Word for generating detailed technical reports.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for creating and managing analytical calculation models.
Ability to propose technical solutions to complex engineering problems.
