Cafe Manager / Chef

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cafe Manager/Fast Food Cook for our cafe in Vaishali Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set to manage food preparation, front-end operations, and customer service efficiently. Shift Timings : 12:30 afternoon to 10:30 pm Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation:Prepare and serve sandwiches, burgers, coffee, and other menu items as per recipes and customer preferences. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Billing and Customer Service:Operate the billing counter and handle cash/card/UPI transactions efficiently. Greet and interact with customers, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Inventory and Stock Management:Monitor and replenish ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth operations. Assist in maintaining an organized storage area and inventory records. Cafe Maintenance:Keep the kitchen, cafe, and serving areas clean and organized. Follow safety and sanitation regulations. Team Collaboration:Coordinate with the management for menu updates and feedback. Support team members during busy hours to ensure seamless service. Key Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (cafe, restaurant, or fast food). Skills:Proficiency in making coffee, sandwiches, burgers, and light snacks. Basic knowledge of operating a POS/billing system. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Other Qualities:Punctuality, reliability, and multitasking ability.
