1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring smooth functioning across shifts.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards as per company guidelines.
• Ensure timely opening/closing of the café and adherence to SOPs.

2. Team Management

• Supervise café staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and leave management.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.

3. Customer Service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

4. Sales & Revenue

• Monitor daily sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
• Upsell products, introduce new items, and drive promotions/offers.
• Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor stock levels of tea, beverages, food items, and other supplies.
• Place orders with vendors and ensure timely replenishment.
• Minimize wastage and control operational costs.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the central office/HR/Accounts for staff and administrative support.
• Share daily/weekly café performance reports with management.
• Suggest process improvements for better efficiency and customer experience.

7. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and labor laws.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow Chai Nagri policies.
• Represent the brand values of Chai Nagri in all operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
