Job Description

Qualifications – ANSYS Engineer (3 to 5 Years Experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Automotive Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS Mechanical APDL.
  • Strong understanding of engineering mechanics, strength of materials, machine design, and thermal systems.
  • Proficiency in linear and nonlinear structural analysis, modal, thermal, fatigue, and buckling simulations.
  • Experience in geometry preparation, meshing, contact modeling, and boundary condition setup.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or NX for geometry import and cleanup.
  • Knowledge of APDL scripting or Python automation for process customization and efficiency improvement.
  • Ability to interpret simulation results, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Understanding of material behavior, including metals, composites, and plastics under various load conditions.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities – ANSYS Engineer (3 to 5 Years Experience)

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Workbench / Mechanical / APDL for static, dynamic, thermal, and nonlinear problems.
  • Create accurate FE models including geometry cleanup, meshing, boundary condition setup, and material property assignment.
  • Conduct structural, thermal, modal, fatigue, and buckling analysis to evaluate product performance and reliability.
  • Interpret simulation results and provide design recommendations to improve strength, durability, and weight optimization.
  • Support design and development teams with engineering insights based on FEA outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, including assumptions, methodology, and conclusions.
  • Ensure validation and correlation of simulation results with experimental or analytical data.
  • Automate repetitive analysis tasks using APDL scripts or Python automation.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to product improvement through simulation insights.
  • Maintain compliance with CAE best practices, standards, and documentation procedures.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to communicate technical results clearly to non-simulation engineers.
  • Team collaboration and project ownership mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
