Role Overview

Mechanical Trainer is responsible for training students and professionals in the use of

computer-aided design (CAD) software relevant to mechanical engineering. This role

involves conducting classroom and online sessions, designing curriculum, and helping

learners develop practical CAD skills to prepare them for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions on mechanical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, NX CAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo).
• Develop, update, and deliver comprehensive training programs, manuals, and materials tailored to mechanical engineering design.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and project-based learning experiences.
• Assess the progress and performance of trainees, providing feedback and mentorship as needed.
• Offer technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support during practical sessions.
• Stay current with changes in CAD software, industry standards, and technological advancements.
• Customize instructional methods based on student proficiency and learning styles.
• Organize and supervise practical projects to enhance applied learning.
• Maintain training records and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate with other trainers and management for continuous improvement of training modules.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in major mechanical CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA,NX-CAD, etc.), demonstrated by certifications or substantial hands-on experience .
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to break down and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Passion for teaching and fostering skill development.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and patience to work with diverse learners.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mechanical design standards and best practices.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge on analysis, meshing will be added advantage
• Ability to design and update course content as per industry and technological demands.
• Capable of delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Willingness to continuously upgrade technical and teaching skills through self-learning and certifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
