Digital Marketing Executive/ Faculty

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for training students in digital marketing and managing the institutes online presence, content, and campaigns. This is a dual-role position for someone passionate about both teaching and hands-on marketing execution. Key Responsibilities >Training & Mentoring (50%) • Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in digital marketing modules such as: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Analytics, and Content Marketing • Create and update training materials, assignments, and projects • Mentor students on live campaigns and portfolio development • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools , Marketing & Content (50%) • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for the institute • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) • Run paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms • Create reels, posts, banners, and marketing videos with Canva/Photoshop/AI tools • Track and report performance of campaigns and SEO • Coordinate with the design team and management on marketing goals • Write content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates Requirements • 13 years of experience in digital marketing and/or training • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email, and Content Marketing • Experience in managing social media pages and running campaigns • Good communication and presentation skills • Creativity and content creation skills (Canva, video editing tools, basic design skills) • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with students • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google / HubSpot / Meta preferred)
