Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development & Customization

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using

  App Engine Studio

  .
• Build and enhance ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
• Develop complex scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts).
• Implement automation workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Configure and implement

  Now Assist

  features (GenAI, AI Search, Virtual Agent enhancements).
• Optimize AI-driven workflows to improve user experiences and productivity.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, BAs, and Stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub spokes.

App Engine Studio & Custom Apps

• Develop and maintain scoped applications.
• Build custom modules, data models, UI experiences, and reusable components.
• Implement security (ACLs, roles, data access models).
• Conduct code reviews and enforce ServiceNow coding standards.
• Ensure platform performance, maintainability, and upgrades compatibility.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years

  of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in

  ServiceNow ITSM

  configuration and customization.
• Advanced knowledge of

  JavaScript, Glide APIs, Server/Client scripting

  .
• Experience with

  Now Assist

• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)

  certification is required/preferred.
• Hands-on experience with

  App Engine Studio

  &

  Scoped Applications
