Cad Engineer - Material Management

Job Title: CAD Engineer Job Description In this role, you will support the building of Mule & Integration vehicle properties using standard Global Processes. You will be responsible for ordering parts in the Engineering Material System (EMS) with relevant details as per the defined timeline. Responsibilities Collaborate with suppliers to ensure commitment dates are obtained and parts are delivered to required destinations as per Material Required Date (MRD). Actively work with suppliers on late parts and troubleshoot issues. Coordinate between global suppliers and the program/engineering team located in North America. Escalate potential delays to the program team through appropriate channels. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements through analysis of complex data sets. Essential Skills Experience in material management. Knowledge of the automotive industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good communication skills. Quick learning ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of any ERP tool is an added advantage. Work Environment This position involves working closely with global suppliers and a program team based in North America. You will utilize technologies such as Microsoft Excel and possibly an ERP tool in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
