CAD Designer

Job Description: · Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfies the needs of the traditional and trendy jewellery customers · Maintains current knowledge of design trends · Manage creative and technical development of product within merchandise assortment strategy · Collaborate with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity · Provide design research, attend trade exhibitions, supervise product development process · Take an active role in the training and ongoing education of the selling team, provide product knowledge training, event information, policy and procedure updates. · Actively seek input from customers to ensure consistent adherence to service standards · Create design concepts and layouts, based on knowledge of layout and design principles, in collaboration with other members of the R&D team · Design new illustrations, 2D and 3D graphical elements, and animations based on input from R&D subject specialists · Works closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of illustrations and layouts · Quality control and documentation: you are responsible for ensuring the quality of their designs by conducting thorough checks and revisions. This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of design files, version control and project-related information, following company or industry-specific standards.
