Job Description

Key Responsibilities: •

Ensure that dispatched products have been reconciled with the customer's POD on daily basis.
Records of sales returns, samples, and repairs are required to be maintained in the system on a frequent basis. It is important to align the records of Sales & Marketing and Management.
Dispatch the package to the customer in a timely manner. A package should contain a product, a cost sheet, and a GST invoice.
Check the following elements of the Cost Sheet: Gross Weight, Diamond Weight, Colour Stone Weight, HSN Code, Client GST details, Total Value & Purity.
Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing units for calculating the making charge as per the approved agreement and align management for further payment processing.
Provide assistance to the management during product demonstrations to external customers.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
