Job Description

Data management: Entering, organizing, and maintaining accurate data in databases and spreadsheets. Document and record-keeping: Processing and managing documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts; maintaining organized and accessible files. Administrative support: Performing general administrative tasks like data entry, answering phones, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings. Internal coordination: Ensuring smooth coordination between different departments and facilitating communication. Reporting: Preparing and generating reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Support functions: Assisting other departments like sales, human resources, or accounting with their respective tasks.
