Location : Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu Experience: 7+ Years Industry: Ducting Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor for our ducting manufacturing unit in Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD drafting, CAM programming, and production supervision, preferably within the HVAC or sheet metal/ducting industry. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 7+ years of relevant experience in ducting production, with hands-on experience in CAD drafting and CAM programming. Proficient in AutoCAD, CAMDUCT, or similar ducting/CAM software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate or work in Tirunelveli Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets. Oversee duct fabrication processes and ensure adherence to project specifications. Review CAD drawings and convert them for CAM programming (using software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar). Ensure optimal machine utilization (e.g., CNC plasma cutting machines) through accurate CAM programming. Coordinate with design, planning, and QC teams to ensure seamless workflow. Train and guide technicians/operators on technical aspects of ducting fabrication. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely raw material supply. Implement lean manufacturing and safety practices on the shop floor.
