CA with Corporate experience

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with corporate organizational experience, your role at Traveltime Mobility India Pvt Ltd in Pune, Aundh will involve managing various financial, accounting, and compliance duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in line with corporate objectives. - Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements following applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory audits. - Lead tax planning, compliance, and communication with tax authorities. - Implement corporate governance and internal controls. - Conduct financial due diligence for new projects and investments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making. - Support management in cost control initiatives and resource allocation. - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from ICAI. - 4-6 years of corporate organizational experience preferred. - Expertise in corporate finance, accounting systems, and compliance. - Understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and taxation laws. - Experience in financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and audit coordination. - Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office applications. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - High integrity and professional ethics.
