Job description

The Risk and Finance Analyst will be responsible for assessing financial risks, analyzing data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role combines risk management with financial analysis to ensure compliance, optimize performance, and mitigate potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and risks.
Prepare risk and finance reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to implement risk controls.
Support audits and provide documentation for compliance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and risk management tools. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in telecom or BT Consumer domain (if applicable). Familiarity with tools like SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar platforms.
