Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance Department. The role involves managing core accounting, taxation, and financial reporting activities while supporting business decision-making through accurate MIS and compliance-driven financial processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, good communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards
• Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports for management review
• Handle Direct Tax compliances including Income Tax and TDS
• Manage Indirect Tax compliances such as GST filings and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial controls
• Assist in audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Support financial reporting, documentation, and record maintenance
• Sharing regular updates internally through various forums on progress with the accounts
• Run knowledge sharing sessions to conquer the client in a collaboration with various relevant individuals.
• Work closely with office and India leadership to drive the Customer Partnership agenda.
• Identify effective tactics of customer engagement in collaboration with marketing.
• Perform market research and opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.

Required Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Practical knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
• Experience in MIS preparation and financial analysis
• Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to accounting/ERP systems is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
