Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across sectors.

·        Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.

·        Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation.

·        Identify and resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.

·        Coordinate with clients’ management teams for smooth execution of audits.

·        Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.

·        Stay updated with changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

·        Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

·        Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.

·        Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies.

·        Experience with listed/unlisted companies preferred.

·        Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.

·        Ability to handle multiple assignments independently.
