Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals across statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Plan, assign, and review audit engagements to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Analyze financial statements, assess risk areas, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with applicable audit standards and regulatory requirements (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC)
• Develop and refine audit methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to resolve audit issues
• Mentor and train junior auditors, supporting continuous team development
• Stay informed on regulatory changes, industry trends, and financial reporting updates

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified CA, CMA (India), or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, and financial compliance (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC)
• Proficient in MS Excel, audit software, and financial analysis tools
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
