CA- Head of finance and Accounts

We are looking for a passionate Senior Accounts Manager - Head of Finance and Accounts (CA) for our manufacturing company who can meet the following requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Accounts team
• Ensure timely and accurate book keeping and financial reporting
• Monitor and Manage Credit and Debtor payments
• Handle Statutory compliance- GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, ROC Filings
• Ensure timely tax payments and returns
• Oversee salary processing for staff and workers
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and fund management
• Prepare and compare budget v/s actual
• Support audit and liaise with external consultants, if needed.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in ERP, Tally, Excel, Taxation Laws, MCA Compliance
• Leadership and team management
• Strategic financial planning

Experience:

• 10+ years ( preferably in manufacturing, trading or similar industries)

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
