Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monthly MIS Preparation: Compile and prepare monthly Management Information System reports with key financial metrics, trends and analysis.
Budget vs. Actual Variance Analysis: Assist in preparing annual budgets and perform monthly analysis of actuals against budgets, highlighting key variances and insights.
Monthly OPEX Analysis: Analyse operational expenses and track trends, cost-saving opportunities and unexpected deviations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with business and support teams for data gathering, variance explanations, and process improvements.
Process Improvements: Identify and implement process automation and reporting efficiencies wherever applicable.
Ad-hoc Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparation of investor decks, board presentations, and various management reports on a need basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must be Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting concepts
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
