Job Summary:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end
Finance & Accounting processes
, including Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C).
Lead and manage the
implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion
modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
Act as a liaison between Finance and IT for system enhancement requests, issue resolution, and new module rollouts.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial reporting requirements.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across the F&A function.
Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to audit and compliance policies.
Support business units with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare management reports and dashboards leveraging data from Oracle Fusion.
Train and guide the finance team on ERP usage and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is
mandatory
.
Minimum
8 years of post-qualification experience
in core finance functions.
Strong understanding of
Finance & Accounting processes and controls
.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion
is essential.
Experience in system migrations, implementations, or upgrades is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders.
Strong MS Excel and financial reporting skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with shared services or global finance operations.
Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
Exposure to other ERP tools (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) in addition to Oracle.
