CA cum CS – Finance & Compliance

Job Summary

The Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary is responsible for managing the organization’s financial health while ensuring compliance with corporate laws and governance requirements. This role combines financial expertise with legal and regulatory oversight to support ethical, transparent, and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Responsibilities (CA)

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports
• Manage accounting records in compliance with accounting standards
• Handle taxation matters including income tax, GST, and tax filings
• Conduct internal audits and support statutory audits
• Provide financial planning, cost control, and risk management advice

Corporate & Compliance Responsibilities (CS)

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other corporate laws
• Prepare and file statutory documents, returns, and reports
• Organize and document board meetings, AGM, and EGM
• Advise the board on corporate governance practices
• Maintain company records, registers, and legal documentation

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate laws
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (can vary based on role and organization)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
