We are looking for a Support Engineer who will be responsible for the Installation of the Linux Operating system on server’s onsite and provide the technical support on Software application installed on Linux server. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to the clients for C-Zentrix, Support will be on call, onsite, and online using the software application, and troubleshooting on operating system, networking & Database [MYSQL] -related issues.


Responsibilities

  • Should be comfortable in 24X7 work environment and Willing to travel.
  • Comfortable to work at vendor premises.
  • Create, automate, provision, and deploy Linux-based operating systems/applications rapidly and at a very large scale.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation surrounding our infrastructure.
  • Think out of the box and solve complex scaling challenges.


Skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Systems Administration in Linux/Unix.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing and Name Resolution.
  • Knowledge of servers and switches.
  • Experience working with customers.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Self-starter who is excited about technology.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Should be able to handle a team and clients.
