Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Buying & Sourcing Executive, located in Mumbai. The Buying & Sourcing Executive will be responsible for sourcing materials and products, negotiating contracts with suppliers, analyzing procurement needs, and managing supplier relationships. Daily tasks include identifying new suppliers, evaluating product quality and cost, coordinating with the design and production teams, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers and procurement data
• Effective Communication and Contract Negotiation skills
• Experience in Procurement and Sourcing activities
• Recruiting skills for identifying and engaging with potential suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
