Summary of the Role & Responsibility:

• Responsible for procurement of parts from approved suppliers base for all existing & new products.
• Responsible for supplier improvement plans that involves new supplier evaluation, existing supplier management, and resolving issues and improve the supplier performance
• Ability to read the drawings and identify the suppliers required for our facility.
• Periodic ( Half year and Annual) review with suppliers to communicate requirements and challenge suppliers to meet requirements of delivery, quality & cost.
• Ensure material plan and timely placement of orders considering lead time of suppliers.
• Able to procure materials/parts required for Facility, making AMC etc
• Effectively follow MOOG processes and procedures to meet supplier delivery performance.
• Evaluate & communicate supplier delivery performance on half year and annually.
• Work closely with supplier quality on quality performance improvement.
• Effectively close all nonconformance arising from supply & quality by coordinating with vendor.
• Handling freight forwarder for imports, CHA and inland transportation to procure materials.

• Inventory management within forecasted target.
• Timely support to STORES for making GRN, Inward of incoming material for after market which received from customers.
• Adhere to the Environmental, Health & Safety needs as per the company policies in & out of the factory.

• Ensure to meet all the procurement KPI defined by supply chain Manager.
• Should be able to take up other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• SAP/ERP knowledge..

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering is preferred.

Work experience :

• 2-3 years of Procurement to Pay experience preferably from Manufacturing Industries.
