As a Buyer for a leading catering company in Saudi Arabia, your role will involve sourcing and managing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials for food manufacturing and catering operations. You will be responsible for tasks such as initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs), process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements, and performing commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Initial preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities - Process modifications to terms and conditions of purchase agreements - Perform commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Skills: - Strong negotiation skills - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA procurement processes - Comprehensive knowledge of food materials and catering supplies In this role, your comprehensive knowledge of food materials and catering supplies, along with your negotiation skills and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA procurement processes, will be critical in ensuring the smooth procurement process for the catering operations. Your understanding of local food materials and catering requirements in Saudi Arabia will also be beneficial.
