🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Source, select, and onboard new suppliers and brands for our eCommerce platforms
• Manage product assortments and ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and customer trends
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional support with vendors
• Track product performance and optimize inventory levels, sell-through, and margins
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth execution
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform buying strategy
• Ensure accurate and appealing listings, including product info and images

✅ Requirements:

• Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
• 2–5 years of buying, category management, or merchandising experience in retail or eCommerce
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, or Amazon is a plus

🌟 Preferred Skills:

• Experience in FMCG, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, electronics, or home categories
• Background in cross-border trade, sourcing, or private label
• Working knowledge of demand planning and P&L analysis
