About the Company

We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Agency offering services like website development, SEO, social media marketing, and branding.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate leads and bring in new projects from the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur).

Role Overview

This is a sales-driven, field-based role focused on bringing digital marketing projects from local clients and businesses.
You’ll be responsible for business growth, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in Tricity for digital marketing services.
• Pitch services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with the internal team.
• Handle lead generation, proposal preparation, and project closure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales / Business Development (Digital Marketing or related field preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing & online branding trends.
• Field job — must be comfortable meeting clients in and around Tricity.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
