Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads generated through online campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Qualify and nurture leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and project timelines.
• Schedule meetings and design consultations with the sales/design team.
• Maintain and update the CRM with all lead activities, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to increase conversion rates.
• Share company portfolios, service details, and pricing insights with prospects.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and customer.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred).
• Strong persuasion and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Ms. Excel, lead squared etc.) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of interiors, home design, or construction services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives based on lead conversion and performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
