Job Title: Pre-Sales Business Development Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Company: Custom Nest Interiors Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0–3 years (Interior / Real Estate / Design industry preferred) About Custom Nest Interiors: Custom Nest Interiors is a modern interior design and turnkey solutions company specializing in premium modular interiors, space planning, and customized furniture. With a focus on design innovation, quality execution, and customer satisfaction, we create homes that reflect our clients’ unique lifestyle. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads generated through online campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals. Qualify and nurture leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and project timelines. Schedule meetings and design consultations with the sales/design team. Maintain and update the CRM with all lead activities, conversations, and follow-ups. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to increase conversion rates. Share company portfolios, service details, and pricing insights with prospects. Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead conversion and revenue targets. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and customer preferences. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred). Strong persuasion and client-handling skills. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, MS Excel, Salesforce, lead squared etc.) is an advantage. Good understanding of interiors, home design, or construction services. ( Can be trained) Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
