Business Unit Group Manager

**Role Overview:** As the Markets Operations COO Financial Management lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee the planning, management, and governance of finances within the Operations organization. You will lead a team to support and facilitate a global, complex Operations setup, reporting directly to the head of Markets Operations COO Business Execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Multi-year financial planning of expense lines, including permanent and non-permanent employees, travel and expense, relocation, and software. - Managing and analyzing the financial plan to align with the organizational strategy. - Providing complete, timely, and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and addressing related queries. - Facilitating hiring initiatives in line with the financial plan, with appropriate controls and audit trails. - Managing cost allocations calculation and logic justification, presenting to relevant financial representatives. - Implementing, analyzing, and monitoring Operations transaction costing and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A financial management, Business Execution, Business Associate, and reporting for a global organization. - Proven experience as a people manager with strong leadership skills. - Ability to lead multi-year financial planning, management, and reporting for a large and complex global organization. - Clear and logical thinking, especially in time-sensitive situations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders of various functions and seniority levels. - Proficiency in producing executive-grade financial reporting and presentation material independently. - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
