Business Unit Group Manager

Role Overview: As the Markets Operations COO Financial Management lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the finances of the organization, including resource allocation, productivity initiatives, and cost efficiencies. Your role will involve leading a team to support a global, complex Operations organization under the guidance of the head of Markets Operations COO Business Execution. Key Responsibilities: - Multi-year financial planning of expense lines such as permanent and non-permanent employees, travel and expense, relocation, and software. - Managing and analyzing the financial plan in alignment with the organizational strategy. - Providing complete, timely, and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders and addressing related queries. - Facilitating hiring initiatives in accordance with the financial plan while ensuring appropriate controls and audit trails. - Managing the calculation and justification of cost allocations with presentations to the respective financial representatives. - Implementing, analyzing, and monitoring Operations transaction costing and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), financial management, Business Execution, Business Associate, and reporting for a global organization. - Proven track record as an experienced people manager with strong leadership skills. - Ability to lead multi-year financial planning, management, and reporting for a large and complex global organization. - Strong critical thinking skills, especially in time-sensitive situations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders of various functions and seniority levels. - Capability to independently generate executive-grade financial reports and presentations. - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
