Role Overview - (Only for candidates putting up in Bengaluru)

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Travel Sales Manager to join us in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with Travel Agents & corporate travel businesses, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You should have hands-on experience in the travel industry and a proven ability to manage corporate accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in the corporate travel sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, corporates, and agencies.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
  • Represent Go-Traworld at industry events, trade fairs, and networking sessions in Bengaluru.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 36 years of experience in B2B travel sales or corporate travel management.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, corporate travel needs, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be currently based inBengaluru(applications from outside will not be considered).
