We are currently looking for a motivated and results-oriented Travel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

Job Summary:

As the Travel Sales Manager at Go-Traworld, you will be responsible for leading growth of the company in Chennai, driving sales growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and oversee the delivery of outstanding travel services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the travel sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and marketing initiatives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to reporting management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise during the sales process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in travel sales.

Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficient in MS Office and travel booking software.

Must be a resident of Chennai.
