Business Travel Sales Manager

You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses) at our client's place based in Gurgaon, Haryana. Your primary goal will be to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating knowledge of domestic & international packages, flight booking, and hotel booking. - Developing strategic policies and programs for corporate travel. - Handling and overseeing all travel arrangements (air, lodgings, etc.) and operations. - Managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors. - Negotiating contracts or rates with travel service providers. - Providing advice on travel documents and insurance. - Processing and handling reimbursements. - Demonstrating GDS knowledge and VISA knowledge. - Researching various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews, etc. - Generating leads for the organization. - Understanding clients" specifications and wishes to suggest suitable travel packages or services. - Organizing travels from beginning to end, including booking tickets, accommodation, and securing rental transportation. Other required skills and qualifications: - Proven working experience as a Senior/Travel Consultant/Travel Agent/Travel Coordinator. - Excellent knowledge of traveling software, including computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.). - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.,
