Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the Mortgage Domain. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of mortgage-related systems and processes. A deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and regulatory compliance will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements. - Analyze mortgage processes to identify gaps and propose solutions. - Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and Use Cases. - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. - Analyze mortgage-related data to support decision-making and collaborate with data teams to define data models. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate data integrity and compliance within mortgage systems. - Stay updated on industry trends, legal changes, and compliance requirements in the mortgage domain. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 4 years in the mortgage or financial services domain. - Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and familiarity with various mortgage software systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of regulatory frameworks. - Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and JIRA. - Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
