Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Systems Analyst based in Chennai. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing organizational systems, defining business requirements, and facilitating the implementation of efficient solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business needs, conducting systems analysis, evaluating systems performance, and collaborating across teams to improve processes and operations. The role also involves problem-solving and recommending actionable strategies to enhance business systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis, ensuring efficient evaluation and implementation of technological solutions.
• Strong Business Analysis skills to identify, document, and align business requirements with system capabilities.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to solve complex problems and improve efficiency within supply chain operations.
• Experience in gathering and managing Business Requirements to streamline processes effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in supply chain management or similar industries is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
