Job Description

As a Business Support Specialist within the Business Architecture & Solution Design team in Hyderabad, India, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation and management of a group-wide planning and resource management solution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with international stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance the end-to-end workflow solution for streamlined interactions between teams across different countries. - Assisting in setting up the platform to meet various requirements and supporting Operational teams in different jurisdictions for the daily use of the solution while maintaining global standards. - Preparing and maintaining various documents such as test scripts and user documentation to agreed standards and timelines. - Investigating operational issues, identifying root causes, and proposing effective business solutions, including new development options. - Updating data in the system as needed. On a day-to-day basis, you will: - Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the task management tool by working with international colleagues and stakeholders. - Act as a business analyst, defining solutions to business problems and ensuring the effective use of Azure Dev Ops. - Assist in defining user acceptance tests for new or improved business processes and systems. - Work with developers to implement and test solutions designed by you or other team members. - Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and assist in making recommended changes. Additionally, the following key behaviors are expected: - Attention to detail - Taking ownership - Curiosity - Positivity Qualifications required for this role include: Essential Criteria: - 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Support, or implementation. - Business and/or Systems Analysis Qualification. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under pressure. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Visio. - Experience in Agile ways of working. Desired Criteria: - Familiarity with product development standards and practices. - Quick learner with a proactive attitude. - Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, VBA, SQL, Power BI is beneficial.
