Business Support Executive

As a Business Support Executive at Code Guardian Tech International Pvt. Ltd, your role will involve supporting real estate operations by managing property listings, handling customer interactions, and assisting in day-to-day business activities. Key Responsibilities: - Add and manage property listings on company real estate websites with accuracy. - Handle inquiry calls, respond to customer questions, and provide timely updates. - Maintain clear communication with clients for a smooth customer experience. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and quality of information. - Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and property updates. - Assist the business team in administrative and operational tasks. - Support marketing and sales activities as required. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills with good English-speaking ability. - Basic technical knowledge (MS Office, internet browsing, data entry, etc.). - Prior experience in customer service, business support, or real estate (preferred, but not mandatory). - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
