Job Summary:

Business Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to business units, managers, and teams.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
  • Monitor and track project activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Support procurement, invoicing, and expense management activities as required.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal queries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and HR-related administrative tasks.
