Business Success Associate – Bookbinding & Finishing Equipment (Rajasthan)


Location: Rajasthan

Reports to: Area/Zonal Manager

Department: Sales


Business Success Associate

Requirements

  • 2–6 years B2B sales in digital/offset printing or post-press equipment
  • Experience with resellers/distributors preferred
  • Bachelor’s (Engineering/Printing/Business) or Diploma in Printing Technology
  • Strong technical sales, negotiation, CRM, and communication skills


Responsibilities

  • Sell bookbinding/post-press solutions to printers, publishers, and finishers
  • Identify leads via field visits and partner networks
  • Execute regional sales plans; meet targets
  • Demo products; support customers and resellers
  • Maintain CRM, submit weekly pipeline reports
  • Gather market intel and customer feedback
