You are a confident and skilled Business & Sports Strategist responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive organizational growth and contribute to sports-related initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing innovative business strategies aligned with company goals. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. - Collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives. - Building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships. - Leveraging knowledge and interest in sports to contribute to sports-specific strategies, events, and business opportunities. - Identifying challenges and providing innovative solutions to achieve both business and sports objectives. - Traveling extensively across Kerala for client meetings, market studies, sports events, and business development activities. Key Skills & Requirements: - Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus. - Genuine interest in and good knowledge of sports is essential. - Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively. - Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala. - Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
