The Manager-Operations role at Topcourt Social involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pickleball courts and social lounge to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for all guests. You will be responsible for supervising, training, and supporting the general staff members, maintaining guest relations by greeting and engaging with visitors, managing billing and reporting, monitoring facility upkeep, ensuring process adherence, and assisting in community building and coordinating weekend events. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in hospitality, sports facility management, or retail operations, possess strong leadership and people-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable with billing software and reporting, and have a proactive problem-solving approach. A passion for sports, fitness, or community-driven businesses is a plus.
