Business Solutions Consultant

About job role:

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated individual to drive innovation and business

solutions to clients. They will be responsible for managing clients, gathering needs and

implanting business and IT landscape.

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Identify key bottlenecks and pain points within the client's IT landscape.

2. Formulate strategies to integrate business processes and technology to address client

challenges.

3. Develop, understand and refine strategic roadmaps aligned with client business

objectives.

4. Recommend and implement technologies that enhance operational efficiency and

scalability.

5. Ensure all processes developed are fully aligned with project requirements.

6. Design and deploy solutions that meet client functional and technical needs.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry norms and governance

frameworks in all IT solutions.

8. Deliver future-ready systems and processes that support long-term client goals.

9. Implement robust IT and business solutions tailored to client environments.

10. Align internal teams with strategic priorities through effective leadership and

communication.

11. Evaluate and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction with delivered IT

solutions.

12. Track all major strategic plans and technology initiatives against progress.

13. Develop timelines, milestones and budget plans through structured strategic planning.

14. Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to prioritise high-value initiatives.

15. Coach, mentor and upskill teams involved in strategy, IT and pre-sales functions.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

2. Demonstrable experience as leadership position in IT role or similar role with 10-15

years.

3. Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technology

innovations (SAP Preferred).

4. Strong understanding of business processes and IT technologies landscapes.

5. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

6. High level of integrity and professionalism.

7. Ability to handle confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
