Job Description

As a Business Sales Head specializing in Employee Benefits, you will play a crucial role in leading the revenue generation efforts for mid-market and enterprise sales at the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Owning and leading the end-to-end revenue generation process for mid-market (50L-3Cr premium) & enterprise (3-50Cr premium) sales - Closing target accounts monthly with the support of your team - Growing and leading a vertical of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) - Coaching team members on efficient sales strategies continuously - Establishing sales processes and guiding the team in leveraging tools and resources to achieve sales targets - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Placement, and Revenue Operations - Representing the company for mid-market & enterprise sales offerings in the external market To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise: - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the insurance broking industry with at least 5 years in sales - Proven track record of closing multiple 5-20 crores premium accounts in employee benefits - Track record of over-accomplishing annual revenue targets by 80% or more - Ability to drive a predictable sales engine and manage a sales team of 10-20 people - Strong relationships with private and public sector insurers - Proficiency in extracting value from modern sales processes and CRMs - Experience in Non-EB insurance lines like Liability and Property insurance is a plus for cross sales In addition to the qualifications, you should also possess the following traits: - Tech-savvy with expertise in sales tools, CRM, and marketing automation - Bias for action, demonstrating operational rigor and tracking progress effectively - Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance accountability and compassion - Influential in building relationships, persuading stakeholders, and forming meaningful partnerships - Agile in navigating complex sales problems creatively About the Company: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
