Location: GH-05, School Building Sector - 121, Noida Brand: PlayNLearn Out Loud (Activity Centre Division) We are looking for a qualified Business Development and Sales Head (Events) for our kids-centric brand PlayNLearn OutLoud, (Activity Centre Division) focused on playful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including workshops, seminars, conferences, carnivals, and cultural events aligned with our educational objectives. Collaborate with the cor planning team to ensure events are designed with a child-first approach, promoting meaningful and engaging experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, facilitators, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and high-quality event delivery. Conduct audience analysis and correct market understating to design age- appropriate events that meet the needs and interests of children and their families. Manage event budgets, logistics, timelines, and post-event reporting with a high level of professionalism and detail orientation. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication OR a Diploma in Event Management Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the events industry, preferably in educational, experiential, or child-centric environments. Key Competencies: Strong understanding of event planning, coordination, and execution Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sensitivity to and understanding of early childhood audiences and parent engagement Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure Show more Show less
