Job Description

As a Business Project Manager-Client Success at our company, your role will involve managing multiple project deliveries, providing on-site technical support, conducting client training, and driving revenue in the software and CRM consulting domain with a results-driven approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and target potential clients in need of software development and CRM solutions. - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events. - Explain and present the product effectively to convert customers into clients. - Understand the scope of deals, draft and manage Process Requirement Documents, and coordinate with clients and the business team in regular in-person meetings. - Lead, track, and communicate project progress, ensuring quality delivery and client usage. - Perform regular client visits for maintenance to ensure optimal product performance. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide technical support via various channels. - Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. - Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. - Lead the construction, presentation, and sign-offs of key project results such as project kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and change orders. **Documentation:** - Document all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. - Maintain logs of system updates, issues, and solutions for future reference. - Gather client feedback, prepare documentation, and work on improvements for applications and services. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with the internal development team. - Provide input to enhance application performance and usability. - Communicate client requirements and concerns to the development team for improvements. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech/BBA/MBA - Proficiency in MS-Excel - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical and non-technical concepts, strong organizational and time-management abilities.,
