Business Project Manager-Client Success

You will be joining our team as a Business Project Manager-Client Success, where your primary responsibilities will include managing multiple project deliveries, providing on-site technical support, conducting client training, and driving revenue in the software and CRM consulting domain with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and building relationships. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and targeting potential clients needing software development and CRM solutions, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the customer base, generating leads through various methods, explaining and presenting products to convert customers, drafting and managing Process Requirement Documents with proper coordination, leading, tracking, and communicating project progress, performing regular client visits for maintenance, responding to client inquiries, driving the end-to-end sales process, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports, monitoring market trends and customer feedback, and overseeing key project results from initiation to completion. In terms of documentation, you will be responsible for documenting all support activities, maintaining logs of system updates, issues, and solutions, gathering feedback from clients for application and service improvements. Collaboration with the internal development team is essential, providing input to enhance application performance, usability, and communicating client requirements and concerns to the development team for improvements. To excel in this role, you should have an educational background in B.E/B.Tech/BBA/MBA, proficiency in MS-Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to explain technical and non-technical concepts effectively, strong organizational and time-management abilities.,
